Chief Executive Officer
Anil Srivastava
A visionary, prudent and results-driven c-suite executive with a strong track record of building global businesses. His more than quarter century experience spans the cleantech, digital technology and telecommunications markets. Until recently CEO of Leclanché, where he led transformation of the 100-year-old battery manufacturer into a leading energy storage solutions provider in Mobility and Power & Utilities markets. Prior to that, Srivastava served as executive partner of Climate Holdings. He was chief executive of Areva Renewables and a member of the Areva Group’s executive committee. Earlier positions include senior roles in TomTom group, AT &T/ Alcatel-Lucent.
Chief Operations Officer
Nikhil Amin
Executive leader in logistics, operations management and digital businesses, skilled at identifying scalable growth opportunities and driving sustainable solutions. Recently a General Manager at Amazon UK, where he scaled Amazon’s external shipping services, built a B2B procurement marketplace for SMEs, and launched robotics warehouse operations. Formerly an Engineering Officer in the Royal Air Force, he is experienced at managing complex supply chains, transforming operations and leading large teams through complex and challenging scenarios.

Active angel investor, member of numerous industry, governmental and multilateral advisory boards, former member of the board of Transport for London, and an Advisor to the UK Board of Trade.

Entrepreneur and investor in software and engineering. Generated over $1bn of value growth for investors in media business systems at Interep and MediaOcean. Has personally invested in and built companies from advanced fuels to digital privacy, building extensive IP in the process.

Managing Partner of SATIF Group. Extensive experience from investing in and managing cleantech/renewables ventures, including wind, solar and smart metering. All past investments have exited to multinationals or private equity groups. Founder of Gilardini Realty Healthcare, a real estate company focused on the real estate needs of healthcare multinationals. Previously at Star Capital, Deutsche Bank and Boston Consulting Group.
